When asked about potential casting for a hypothetical ‘Lagaan’ remake, Aamir Khan didn’t hesitate in his response. “Vicky Kaushal, I think he has that quality of Bhuvan – dignity, strength, inner strength, steadiness, and integrity,” the superstar explained. Khan emphasized that Kaushal possesses these qualities naturally, making him an ideal choice for the beloved character.

The endorsement carries significant weight, considering ‘Lagaan’s historic achievement as India’s third Oscar-nominated film in the Best Foreign Language category.
