Cricket India: IPL is not going to play this year is a significant loss to Indian cricket.

Coronavirus has affected all the sports game this year, and cricket to comes in that list. Indian cricket will face a substantial financial loss of more than 40 Billion Rupees.

The kid who helped Indian earned in Millions from past 13 years will not give a single penny this year. In fact, we will see a significant loss to Indian cricket. Yes due to COVID-19 IPL is not going to be played this year. According to sources, Indian cricket has bear $530 Million loss this year due to IPL cancellation.

We all know the fact that IPL is the most productive kid of cricket world and if it is not played than the first loss is for BCCI than cricket world and also players.

Arun Dhanal BCCI treasurer said ‘The BCCI is going to face the biggest loss after many years.’ If IPL is not played this year than we will definitely see the loss of 40 billion due to COVID-19 says Arun Dhanal.

Like other sports India too looking to start people’s favourite game but COVID-19 is not allowing BCCI to play a single game nor a practice game.

Last year Duff and Phelps’s financial consultancy valued IPL at 6.7billion. Indian broadcaster start sports gets revenue of $400 million from 2020 season alone, and they have paid $220 million for TV rights up to 2022. Dhumal said ‘we only be able to figure out exact
revenue loss once we are sure of how many games we will lose.

It is a tough time for sportspeople too and sports lovers. No games are played at any place due to COVID-19. Even football is also struck due to COVID-19 like cricket.
