Finally Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun And Aryan Khan Out Of Jail.
On October 29, the Bombay Supreme Court ordered Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Damecha to provide bail of 1 lakh. Releasing one or more guarantors from prison in case drugs were destroyed during the voyage had to be fired.
Aryan Khan was released from Arthur Road jail on the morning of October 30.
Mr. Khan, 23, was arrested by the Cruise Ship Narcotics Control Bureau on October 3 after several others were found smuggled on board. He was transferred to Arthur Road jail on October 8.
After 25 days in jail, he was bailed out by the Bombay Supreme Court on October 28. But a detailed release order detailing the terms of his release was not issued until October 29. However, the documents for his departure did not arrive at the prison in time. According to protocol, one of the khan’s lawyers said there was a delay in getting documents to Arthur Road Jail, and no detainees were released after 5:30 p.m. Therefore, Mr. khan had to spend another night in prison.
The five-page sequence reads:
Each Applicant/defendant will provide a security deposit of 1 lakh with one or more guarantees of the same amount. They are not allowed to carry out the actions list against them in the same way as criminal offenses under the Narcotics Act. The candidate/Defendant must not attempt to get in touch through any means of communication with a co-defendant or any other person. Directly or indirectly involve in the activity or by summoning a person involved in a similar activity who is suspected to be involve in it.
“You must not take any action to the detriment of proceedings before the Honorable Special Court [established under the NDPS Act]. You must not attempt, personally or through another person, to influence witnesses or falsify evidence. They must show their passports to the Special Court immediately. They will not be use in any form of media such as print media, electronic media, etc. You are not allow to leave the country without the prior approval of a special NDP judge. They must be present at the NCB Mumbai office between 11:00 and 14:00 every Friday to mark their attendance.
Some of the film’s characters welcomed HC’s bail order for Aryan Khan. As a large group of fans gathered in solidarity in front of Mr. Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow overlooking the Mannat Sea on the outskirts of Bandra, celebrating the end of his son’s imprisonment.
