As she wished on the occasion of the state’s formation day, President Murmu stated that great personalities such as Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel were born in Gujarat. “On Gujarat Day, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all countrymen, especially all residents of the state,” Murmu posted on Twitter.

On Gujarat Gaurav Day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah also wished the state’s people well. “By transforming disasters into opportunities, Gujarat has come to be associated with peace, power, prosperity, and overall development.” “In the future, this land of Gandhiji, as well as Sardar Sahib, will continue to contribute to the improvement of the nation with the same passion and dedication,” Shah wrote on Twitter.
