In 7 days Maharashtra sees 130,789 number of Covid-19 cases.

Maharashtra continues to face a rise in Covid-19 cases — the State has reported 130,789 cases in the last seven days.

A number of cases in September:

IN September’s 7days respectively Maharashtra reported 15,765 cases, 17,433 cases, 18,105 cases, 19,218 cases, 20,489 cases, 23,350 cases and 16,429 cases.

His sharpest single-day increase to far was on September 6 in 23,350 cases. The total number of fresh cases in a day rises to 18,684.

Over the last few days, state authorities have been worrying about the growing number of Covid-19 cases.

“We predicted the spike in the number of cases immediately after the Ganesh festival, after allowing interdistrict movement and allowing more workforce in private and public offices.

The number will continue to rise for at least two more weeks. Our mechanism to track and trace high- and low-risk contacts result in a rapid increase in numbers of cases.

The lack of coordination between the department of public health and medical education has resulted in obstacles to infrastructure ramping up in a few districts where there is a surge in cases, “a public health department official said.

A number of deaths in September:

Maharashtra also recorded 2,444 deaths between the 1st and 7th September, an average of 349 deaths a day. The State is concerned about the increasing death toll, as it is yet to be decreased.

At September 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7 respectively, there were 320, 292, 391, 378, 312, 328 and 423 casualties. September 7 saw the largest number of fatalities in one day.

Covid-19 Test fees by Government:

In the meantime, the state government has again reduced the Covid-19 test limit from Rs 1,900 to Rs 1,200, which had been revised exactly a month earlier.

The rate would apply to samples obtained at collections sites. The test rate for sample collections at Covid Treatment Centers and Hospitals were cut to Rs 1,600 from Rs 2,200.

The sample collection rate for the home was reduced from Rs 2.500 to Rs 2.000. The rate includes all taxes and consumables required, such as PPE kits, RT-PCR kits, VTM, etc.
