In the teaser for Govinda Naam Mera song Bijli, Kiara Advani, and Vicky Kaushal set the stage on fire
Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal will bring their electrifying dance moves to the upcoming song “Bijli.” Govinda Naam Mera is their upcoming film.
The first song from Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani’s new film, Govinda Naam Mera, Bijli, is set to be released on Friday. The film’s team teased fans with a promo video ahead of the song’s release. Vicky introduces Kiara as Bijli from Kolhapur in the song also promises the best of her dance moves.
Mika Singh, Neha Kakkar, also Sachin-Jigar perform a special dance number in the song. It shows Kiara Advani in a plunging turquoise green choli paired with a traditional pink Maharashtrian kashtha saree that exposes her midriff. On the other hand, Vicky plays the vibrant dancer Govinda in an energetic performance.
Sachi-Jigar composed Bijli, and Vayu wrote it. Ranbir Kapoor is said also to make a cameo appearance in the song.
Vicky Kaushal shared the song teaser on Instagram, writing, “Get ready for lightning to strike! The season’s new dhamakedaar tune, #Bijli – song out this Friday at 11am!”
In response to the song’s teaser, a fan wrote, “Kiara got popular after doing Shershah! She is a true treasure! Everything about Kiara is fantastic! Vicky and Kiara will absolutely kill it in this song.” “Finally, Vicky in a mass song,” another added. “Can’t wait to see Ranbir Kapoor cameo in this song,” someone else said.
Shashank Khaitan, the director of Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania also Dhadak, is behind the camera for Govinda Naam Mera. Vicky plays Govinda, a choreographer accused of murdering his wife, Gauri (Bhumi Pednekar), but there is no dead body in the film. Kiara portrays his girlfriend as well as his extramarital affair. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is behind the film, which will be released on Disney+ Hotstar on December 16.
