Kangana Ranaut questions the police investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

The actress on record says she will give away her Padma Shri if her claims are proved wrong in SSR’s death.

On Saturday, actress Kangana Ranaut questioned the Mumbai Police’s investigation on the mysterious suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput and said if her claims are proven wrong, she will relinquish her Padma Shri award.

Kangana Ranaut says Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar must be interrogated:

The Manikarnika star has raised the issue of nepotism post SSR’s demise on June 14th and has been claiming that there was some foul play in his death. Ranaut also said that the Police must question Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra.

Kangana says “If I can’t prove, I will return my Padma Shri”: 

Kangana while talking to Republic TV said,” They (Mumbai Police) summoned me, and I asked them too, that I’m in Manali, that you can send somebody to take my statement, but I have not received anything after that. I am telling you, if I have said anything, which I can’t testify, which I can’t prove, and which is not in the public domain, I will return my Padma Shri. I don’t deserve it. I am not that person who will go on record, and everything that I have said is in the public domain.”

Kangana Ranaut makes a sly dig at Swara Bhasker and Taapsee Pannu:

Kangana stated the plight of actresses from outside the industry and how they are compelled to defend the industry despite the industry not backing them enough. Ranaut said,” Needy outsiders like Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhasker will get up and say that they love this industry. If you love this industry and if you love Karan Johar, then why are you not getting work like Alia or Ananya? Their whole existence is proof of nepotism. There will be articles that will make me look like a mad person after this, I know.”

Kangana Ranaut will call out some names in her one on one interview with Arnab Goswami airing on the news channel over the weekend.
