What is Kantara all about:

In 1847, a king had a vast kingdom and a devoted wife and child, but he couldn’t find peace.

He embarks on a journey to find true happiness and comes across a stone in a forest inhabited by Panjurli Daiva, a deity who protects the forest’s villagers.

In exchange for the stone, he donates huge amounts of his land to the villagers.

Kantara, directed by Rishab Shetty, has crossed over ₹400 crores globally. Kantara is marked as the highest-grossing movie of all time.

To celebrate the movie’s massive success, Rishab attended the Bhoota Kola festival with his family.

The movie, inspired by Panjurli Daiva’s divinity, magnificently revived the Bhoota Kola festival, one of Kantara’s major highlights.
