Karan Johar recently opened up on the ongoing drugs investigation in Bollywood.

 Karan Johar, a famous filmmaker, hosted a party a year ago at his residence. The news reports claim that all the stars who were present there consumed Narcotics. But late on Friday The party Host Karan Johar took to his social media handles writing a prominent note on the speculations about the party.

 As the probe gets into the drug angle. Former Sad Mla Manjinder Singh Sirsa alleged that drugs consumed at the party. The party included Bollywood stars like Deepika Padukone, Malika Arora, Vicky Kaushal and Shahid Kapoor among others. 

His clarifications about the speculations on the party:

Karan started by saying that when the question we’re asked on the party’s video, he at that time only claimed all the allegations wrong. 

He wrote that all the electronic media printing news channels and the social media platforms are spreading false news and misleading that Narcotics consumed at the party that He hosted on July 28, 2019, at his residence. He says he had clarified everything back in 2019. 

He sees all the situation, again clarifying all the allegations and proving them baseless and false. He says no Narcotics used in the party. He says he does not consume drugs neither promotes any substances. 

He says all these defamatory and malicious statements news article and news clippings have unnecessarily subjected me, my family, and my colleagues and Dharma productions to hatred contempt and ridicule. 

Karan mentioned two names who are currently investigating the ongoing drug probe Kshitij Prasad and Anubhav Chopra as some reports call them Karan’s close aides. 

He specified the facts that he doesn’t know these individuals personally, but the news reports call them as Karan’s aides and close aides. But they are not his Aides and close aides, he says. 

Anubhav Chopra was a part of Dharma productions. He was there for an assistant director for two months between November 2011 and January 2012. 

And also as an associate director for the short film in 2013. He claims that Dharma Productions cannot be blamed for what people do in their personal lives.
