Ikkis Box Office Collection Day 7: War Drama Approaches Rs 25 Crore

Agastya Nanda’s highly anticipated debut in Sriram Raghavan’s war drama “Ikkis” has collected Rs 1.15 crore on its seventh day, taking the total box office collection to Rs 24.25 crore. The film, which also marks veteran actor Dharmendra’s final screen appearance, opened strongly with Rs 7 crore on January 1, 2026, but has struggled to maintain momentum during weekdays. The movie is based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal and focuses on the 1971 India-Pakistan War’s Battle of Basantar.

Occupancy Trends and Performance Metrics

Day 7 showed marginal improvement compared to Day 6’s Rs 1.6 crore collection, but occupancy figures reveal inconsistent audience engagement. Evening shows led with 9.90 percent occupancy, while afternoon shows recorded 8.53 percent. Morning screenings lagged significantly at just 4.29 percent, indicating the film hasn’t become a consistent draw across all time slots. The overall Hindi occupancy currently stands at 7.57 percent, reflecting modest viewer interest.

Facing Stiff Competition from Dhurandhar

The film’s performance has been severely impacted by Aditya Dhar’s “Dhurandhar,” which continues to dominate audiences. The ensemble cast featuring Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, and Akshaye Khanna has proven to be a major draw. “Ikkis” must gain significant momentum to compete effectively in the competitive box office race. The cast includes Jaideep Ahlawat, Simar Bhatia, and others in supporting roles.
