In an exceptional move to call
for changes in the Congress, 23 top leaders of the party, including those from
the Congress Working Committee (CWC), have written to interim president Sonia Gandhi over the situation at the party. On Monday,
CWC has called for a meeting and will talk about authoritative issues.

The letter is supposedly signed by both veteran leaders and the youth brigade
including Ghulam Nabi Azad, Manish Tiwari, Anand Sharma, Raj Babbar, Arvinder
