Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah entertainer Munmun Dutta has apologized for utilizing a casteist slur in a new YouTube video. She accused the ‘language boundary’ of her obliviousness. 

As message posted by Munmun Dutta:

In an online media post on Monday, she wrote that she regards all individuals and took out the disagreeable segment from her unique video.

“Babeeta (Munmun Dutta) from Tarak Mehta ka Ulta Chashma, a most famous Indian Drama, utilized a casteist slur in her YouTube video, which she later on managed.

Filmmaker Neeraj Ghaywan stated in a tweet:

Producer Neeraj Ghaywan, responding to her conciliatory sentiment, wrote in a tweet, “‘Has been confounded’? ‘Never said it intended to hurt’? There could be no other understanding! You said the B-word, and it’s impossible to cover it up. Apologize and shut up.”
