Muzaffarpur court dismissed case against Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor and Karan Johar.

The abetment to the actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide, the court turned down the petition saying Bollywood top names like Salman, Ekta, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Karan Johar among others on Wednesday.

The petition filed by the local advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha was dismissed by the chief judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar pointing out that the matter lay outside the court’s jurisdiction.

Bollywood stormy Kangana Ranaut came out with a couple video messages in which we can see her angry on Bollywood people. She openly blammed many people and said there is nepotism and favouritism in the film industry for the tragedy was named as a witness by Ojha after the petition filed after three days after the Sushant was found hanging from the ceiling of his Mumbai residence.

Ojha remains unfazed by the CJM’s order :

• Petition against the top film and political personalities and even foreign heads of states, few of which went beyond the admission stage, petition were filed against these in the past.

He told reporters, “I will challenge the CJM’s decision in the district court. Entire Bihar is in pain because of the death of our own Sushant Singh Rajput. We must come together to bring those, who took a part in this case knowingly.
