Simple One electric scooter have been launched in India, with prices starting at Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom) and rising to Rs 1.58 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Brazen X version. 

After a lengthy wait, the new electric scooter has finally arrived in the country. It should be mentioned that the electric two-wheeler was unveiled some time ago but has just recently been commercially released in the market. 

The EV producer has used the time to develop the EV to meet the most recent automobile industry standards. Furthermore, the corporation will begin EV deliveries immediately.

In terms of style, Simple One has a sleek look that focuses on the aesthetics of the electric scooter’s apron. 

Furthermore, the appearance of LED headlamps, indicators, and DRLs (daytime running lights) draws attention to the front end. In addition, the EV’s taillamp setting element has a distinctive style.

All of this is covered in the brand’s new colour themes, which include Brazen Black, Namma Red, Azure Blue, and Grace White. It also includes new colour options such as Brazen X and Light X.

The Simple One electric scooter has a digital display as well as communication features such as Bluetooth, LED lighting, Android OS, Cloud connectivity, regenerative braking, and more. 

Furthermore, the electric scooter will have numerous riding modes, including Eco, Dash, Ride, and Sonic. It should be noted that the EV also has a storage capacity of 30 litres.

Specs of the new EV:

In terms of specifications, the Simple One electric scooter has a 5 kWh Li-ion dual-battery pack with a range of 212 kilometres. 

This drives a 5 kW motor, which produces 8.5 kW of power and 72 Nm of peak torque. It can accelerate the EV from 0 to 40 km/h in 2.77 seconds. 

A 750-watt home charger can charge the battery from 0% to 80% in 5 hours and 54 minutes. 

Given these specifications, the scooter will compete with models such as the Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, Vida V1, and TVS iQube.
