Ola Electric Launches Its First Hypercharger Before The Test Drive.

Ola Electric is ready to start a test drive with the S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters after Diwali. Aggarwal wrote in his Twitter post: “First @OlaElectric hyper charger started…charging my S1 after the morning commute.” Installed in more than 100,000 points of contact in 400 cities in India.

The company’s website lists urban grid charging plans for network locations. And most of the first and second-line cities are cover by its charging network.
In addition, the hypercharge station is given a multi-level layout to support multiple subscribers simultaneously.
The first Hyper charger presentation took place just days before the test drives for the Ola Electric S1 and S1 Pro Scooters, both of which were released on August 15. The company plans to start shipping the e-scooter next month as well. The Ola S1 costs 1 lakh (former showroom) and ranges around 120 km on a single charge. It is available in 10 color variants and is driven by an 8.5 kW electric motor combined with a 3.97 kWh battery.
Ola offers its customers the most comprehensive option for charging electric vehicles. This is done by combining the widely used high-speed Ola hyper charger and the home charger that will be available with the Ola scooter.
The Ola Hypercharger will also be the fastest network for two-wheel charging. The Ola-Scooter can be charged to 50% in just 18 minutes for a distance of 75 km and thus offers more confidence in range. The Ola Hyper charger will be widespread in cities and will be found in downtown. And dense business districts as stand-alone towers and in popular locations such as shopping malls, IT parks, office complexes, and nearby cafes.
The S1 Pro electric scooter is available with a different range of 180 km on a single charge and costs 1.30 hp thanks to its larger package. That comes to a top speed of 115 km/h.
