Order meal with WhatsApp chatbot, fast and best
IRCTC introduced a new feature to make ordering meals on trains easier with the help of the WhatsApp chatbot. It has subsequently been made available in Hindi as well as Hinglish to appeal to a wider audience.
Customers may order food online by sending a message on the train meal order number on Zoop’s WhatsApp, 7042062070.
Passengers may use the automated WhatsApp chatbot to select their preferred language, restaurant and meal and even monitor the status as well as arrival time of their order in real-time.
The chatbot is extremely user-friendly because it displays next-step buttons in the same language.
In addition to accepting food orders, passengers may use Zoop’s WhatsApp chatbot to check the PNR Status of their train tickets.
Passengers’ experiences on trains will be enhanced by adopting this new feature, which will also make them more convenient.

Zoop serves healthful meals certified by the IRCTC to passengers’ seats at over 150 Indian train stations.
It thinks that by adding this additional capability, it will be able to increase its customer base and provide travellers with a more seamless travel experience.
It aims to offer one million meals per day at 250 or more Indian railway stations by 2024.
With the implementation of this new function, IRCTC and Zoop are committed to improving passengers’ travel experiences and making train travel more convenient.
