Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will also participate in Raisen’s initiative.
Since November 27, thousands of farmers from Punjab and Haryana have been protesting on the Delhi borders.
In his address to the farmers of Madhya Pradesh ahead of the Kisan Kalyan Sammelan on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss the “beneficial provisions” of the new agricultural laws.
This arrives a day after a foot march from Morena began by hundreds of state farmers to help farmers who have been protesting in Delhi for three weeks towards the controversial farm laws imposed in September.

“PM Modi will discuss the state’s farmers by video conference at around 2 pm as well as explain the desirable provisions of the new agricultural laws to them in-depth,” a Madhya Pradesh public relations department official informed PTI news agency on Thursday.
The PM’s address will be broadcast live throughout the country’s 23,000 villages, and at all of Madhya Pradesh’s district headquarters, the official stated. Rs 1,660 crore will be transferred by the state government to the accounts of 35 lakh farmers to reimburse for the loss of crops, he stated.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated:
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will also participate in Raisen’s initiative. In failing to move relief funds into their accounts, the previous Congress-led state government did injustice to the farmers. The previous government of Congress did not even deposit the Fasal Bima Yojna premium.
But the BJP is committed to working for the well-being of farmers. We have already deposited the Fasal Bima Yojna premium and are now transferring relief funds,’ stated ” the Chief Minister.
Four levels are grouped into the Kisan Kalyan program: gram panchayat, block, district as well as state. In Raisen, approximately 20,000 farmers will participate in the state-level initiative.

Since November 27, thousands of farmers from Punjab and Haryana have been protesting on the Delhi borders, calling for the three farm laws: the Farmers’ Produce Exchange and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, the Farmers’ (Empowerment and Protection) Price Assurance and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act 2020 and Farm Services Agreement, 2020.
