As she recalled her father on Diwali, late actor Rishi Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to Instagram to share a message. She shared a photo of the Diwali celebrations last year. In April this year, Rishi died.

Taking her Instagram Stories, she shared a photo and wrote: “Miss, you papa.” To further define her post, she added hashtags #lastyearmemories #diwali2019.

The picture showed Rishi wearing a pink silk kurta and a white pyjama while Neetu Kapoor was dressed in ethnic green clothing. Sandwiched between her parents stood Riddhima.

A heartbroken Riddhima wrote a post shortly after his death: “Papa I love you I will always love you – RIP my biggest warrior I’m going to miss you every day I’m going to miss your FaceTime calls daily!” I wish I could be there to bid you farewell! Instagram Stories has been her choice for sharing memories since then. She also served as her mother’s pillar of strength in the wake of her father’s demise.

She also shared a photo with her mother on Thursday, actor Neetu Kapoor, as she started shooting for an upcoming movie, Jug Jug Jeeyo, featuring Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Kiara Advani as well.
