RRR movie review: Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn in the film

RRR movie, SS Rajamouli’s long-awaited magnum opus, was released in theatres on March 25. The period drama stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR, two of Telugu cinema’s biggest stars. In cameo appearances, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn also appear in the film.

RRR will set a new opening day box office record this Friday if the buzz is any indication. According to reports, the budget of RRR has surpassed that of SS Rajamouli’s previous film, Baahubali: The Conclusion, by at least Rs 100 crore. “We brought an application from the makers of RRR,” Andhra Pradesh minister Perni Nani told reporters. According to that information, the producers spent Rs 336 crore on the film, excluding GST and cast and crew salaries.

RRR’s team is equally pumped. Jr NTR, who has previously worked with SS Rajamouli on Student No. 1 (2001), Simhadri (2003), and Yamadonga (2007), stated, “This film will be an emotional roller coaster.”

RRR movie review: What do we think?

Shubhra Gupta, a film critic for news, gave RRR 3.5 stars. “SS Rajamouli delivers an epic mythological act superhero bromance,” she writes in her RRR review. The film stars not one but two superstars: Jr NTR and Ram Charan. However, SS Rajamouli is the biggest super-star, and the audience reserved the loudest ‘tables’ for him.
