Since being CEO in 2014, Nadella has focused the company on designing products. That better serve users with disabilities, citing lessons he learned while raising and supporting Zain.
The Children’s Hospital, where Zain Nadella received much of his therapy, collaborated with the Nadellas last year to establish the Zain Endowed Chair in Pediatric Neurosciences like a part of the Seattle Children’s Center for Integrative Brain Examination.
“Zain will be recall for his eclectic taste in music, Zain bright sunny smile; also the immense joy he brought to his family also all those who love him,” Children’s Hospital CEO Jeff Sparring write in a message to his Board that was shared with Microsoft executives.
Zain was born at 11:29 p.m. on August 13, 1996, weighing three pounds and not crying, according to the CEO.
