The police revealed that the sharpshooter had stayed
in Salman Khan’s residence-area but didn’t execute his murder plan due to the
Coronavirus.
Faridabad Police on
15th August, arrested notorious sharpshooter of the Lawrence
Bishnoi gang, from
Uttarakhand, and upon investigation came to know about a startling revelation.
The accused Rahul alias Sanga alias Baba alias Sunni (27) claimed that he had
devised a plot to murder actor Salman Khan and the police said that the sharpshooter,
under Bishnoi’s directions, had already conducted a recce in Mumbai. He was
arrested on the charges of a murder of a Faridabad resident who ran a ration
depot, on 24th June. The gang leader, Bishnoi, is currently in prison in
Rajasthan.
Plot to kill Salman Khan
exposed by the Faridabad Police:
DCP Rajesh Duggal, while addressing the media said that during the questioning, the accused said that he had traveled to Mumbai in January to conduct a recce for the murder of Superstar Salman Khan. He stayed in the area (Bandra), where Salman Khan lives, for two days. He was acting at the behest of Bishnoi and Sampat Nehra (who is a member of the gang). Nehra was also arrested for allegedly plotting Khan’s murder in Hyderabad.
Bishnoi had a grudge against
Salman Khan for killing the two blackbucks in 1998:
As per the police, Lawrence
Bishnoi hails from the Bishnoi community, which reveres blackbucks, and the
fact that Salman Khan killed two blackbucks in Jodhpur, 1998, motivated Bishnoi to execute
him and give justice to the two blackbucks. The police also stated that just
before Rahul (accused) and Bishnoi could take their plan to the next stage, the
coronavirus outbreak occurred, foiled their plans to eliminate Khan. The
Faridabad Police said that Rahul was a relatively newer member of the gang, and
has committed four murders in the past six months.
