The day before the silver falls, there is a line at the heavy shops in the city. There is a market of one and a half lakh kilos in Surat for silver. However, about 1.30 lakh kg was sold in the city just before the fall of silver. An estimated Rs 8.06 crore has been sold in Surat.

In Surat, as much as is sold in 9 to 10 months, much has been sold in a single day. On the other hand, sugar-free is selling hot cakes in sweet shops this year.

 So far, all the sweet shops in the city have sold about 10,000 kg of sugar-free ghari. 5000 kg of sugar-free ghari was prepared by Sumul Dairy given the silver fall festival, but all the sugar-free ghari were sold before the silver fall.

 As a result, an estimated 10,000 kg of sugar-free ghari has been sold in the city.

Sumul made three times sugar-free ghari this year.

Sumul Dairy made a total of 80 thousand kg ghari last year, of which 1500 kg made sugar free ghari, while this year it has made a total of 1 lakh kg ghari, out of which 5000 kg has been made sugar free ghari. 

However, all the sugar free gourds of Sumul have been sold out before the silver fall. Due to the high demand for sugar free ghari, Sumul has started preparations to make another sugar free ghari.

This year, 11 varieties have been launched in the market.

Ghari’s online order book was launched this year by various sweet shops, including Sumul, to provide orders at home to people who have sold 1 thousand kg online

The city’s sweet shop has tied up with companies that deliver food online. As a result, approximately 1 thousand kg will be sold online in the city.
