Today, several reports have circulated in the media claiming that Sushmita Sen has adopted a third child. According to reports, she was spotted holding a cute boy in her arms with her two daughters beside her last night.
These reports, however, are false. Sushmita Sen adopts a child published an image of herself talking to the baby boy after the news went viral. In addition, she dispelled all adoption rumors by providing a photo courtesy of the boy’s mother, Sreejaya.
“Having a talk with my Godson Amadeus about the any news concerning him, going viral in the media..his expression tell it all,” Sushmita wrote. “Photo courtesy of Sreejaya (Amadeus’ mother).”

Sushmita is the mother of two girls. Sen adopted Renee, a baby girl, in 2000, and Alisah, a second girl, in 2010. After adopting Alisah, the actress took a break from acting to devote more time to her family. After a 10-year hiatus, Sushmita made a strong comeback in 2020 with the web series ‘Aarya,’ which airs on Disney+Hotstar.
