Ghaziabad Gym Trainer Dies: A shocking video of a man collapsing while sitting on a chair after suffering a heart attack has gone viral on social media. The incident occurred at 7 p.m. on Sunday in Ghaziabad and was captured on CCTV installed in the building. Adil, the man, was 33 years old and worked as a gym trainer. Adil was rushed to a nearby hospital by his friends, but he died on the way. He ran a gym in Ghaziabad’s Shalimar Garden neighbourhood and worked out daily.

Adil’s family said he had a fever for a few days but continued to go to the gym.

Adil has four children, and his family is still reeling from the incident.

He recently changed careers and opened an office in Shalimar Garden, where the incident occurred. Adil had a heart attack while sitting in his office.

This comes just weeks after a 35-year-old man performing Garba during Mumbai’s Navratri festival died of a heart attack. While playing Garba in a Virar residential building, the jewellery designer began vomiting.

An artiste in Jammu died last month after collapsing on stage in the middle of his performance. The video, which showed Yogesh Gupta dressed as Goddess Parvati performing at the Ganesh Utsav in Jammu’s Bishnah area, quickly went viral on social media.

He dropped to the floor as part of the dance and continued dancing until he collapsed. The music continued, but Mr Gupta remained motionless. Nobody said anything for several minutes until another performer dressed as Lord Shiva walked onto the stage and checked on him. He was later seen calling for assistance.
