A viral clip of group of lions on Gujarat streets

A video is being viral on the internet where you can see a group of lions on Gujarat streets.

While surfing the internet, you saw a clip of around 7 to 8 lions on Gujarat streets; they were seen casually walking on the streets at night. 

The IFS Officer Susanta Nanda shared this video on Twitter by stating, Another day, Another pride… Walking on the streets of Gujarat.

You can see around 7 to 8 lions walking on the streets, don’t know what they are looking for. The video was taken from the security camera.

In video 1 was seen jumping on the wall on the street side, and one of them stopped and looked around. And later, they walked away.

Does that indicate that humans are just taking over the forests for them, where some felt that this was because of the rising population of lions in Gir National Park in Gujarat.

It can be the worst nightmare for someone in such a situation.

Several netizens shared their responses on this clip; the netizens shared some opinions. As one stated, Sir, it’s pity to see the King of Jungle roaming in streets…they would have roam majestically in forests had Gujarat state agreed for relocation.

Another user wrote, Is it because their land is being encroached over time? Food scarcity ? How the safety of the animals and people conflicts are being managed? What should be the logical orientation for the citizen to make this a sustainable rehabilitation for the wild animals?

It was such a weird and scary incident as it is very risky; the forest department must take some necessary steps.
