Actor Nitesh Pandey died, read reason behind his death

Nitesh Pandey, best known for his performance in Om Shanti Om, passed away in Nashik. According to sources, he died of a heart attack on Wednesday at 50. 

Gulshan Devaiah, an actor, paid respect to Nitesh by posting a photo of him on Twitter. “Nitesh Pandey: 17 January 1973- 23 May 2023,” he wrote. “Goodbye, sir (hands folded emoji).”

Nitesh Pandey found dead in Hotel Room:

According to ANI, Nitesh was found dead at an Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra hotel. At first glance, the cause of death appears to be a heart attack. 

A police team is currently on the scene at the hotel, and an investigation is being conducted. His postmortem report is awaited. According to ANI, hotel employees and those close to him are being questioned.

“Three young people,” filmmaker Hansal Mehta tweeted. There are three actors. In a matter of 3-4 days, he died. Dear colleagues, may you rest in peace.

Nitesh began performing in the theatre in 1990. In 1995, he landed his first acting role in the telenovela Tejas. He has several in several serials, including Manzilein Apani Apani, Astitva Ek Prem Kahani, Saaya, Justajoo, and Durgesh Nandini. 

In the 2007 film Om Shanti Om, he played Anwar Sheikh (Om Kapoor’s assistant) alongside Shah Rukh Khan. He also worked with Khosla Ka Ghosla. Nitesh appeared in theatre productions such as Aastha and Misal Pav alongside Sudha Chandran.

Nitesh appeared in various films, including Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2002), Shaadi Ke Side Effects (2014), Hunterrr (2015), Dabangg 2 (2012), Mickey Virus (2013), Madaari (2016), Rangoon (2017), and Badhaai Do (2022).

He has also appeared in various serials, including Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka, Indiawaali Maa, and Hero-Gayab Mode On. He was last seen in Anupamaa, playing Anuj’s friend.
