Bharatbhai Panchal, who stays in Leuva Vas in Chandkheda village, has complained to Dinesh Rabari (who lives at Dwarkesh Apartment, Gota) in the Chandkheda Police Station about dangers and usury. Bharatbhai was using RBL’s credit card.
For which Dinesh Rabari used to arrive. Dinesh Rabari used to take credit card cash and deposit it in the bank. So he began to know Bharatbhai Panchal well.
Last year, since Bharatbhai Panchal needed more funds to pay the credit card bill, Dinesh Rabari paid the bill without questioning him. After spending the bill, Dinesh Rabari levied one thousand rupees interest per day. Dinesh paid the invoice without Bharatbhai’s knowledge; the matter got complex.
Dinesh intimidated and grabbed one thousand rupees interest and bill amount. After that, Dinesh used to settle the credit card bill without Bharatbhai’s knowledge and later used it to estimate the interest of one thousand rupees a day.
As the day went on, the interest rate rose. Some time back, Dinesh had computed the amount of 15 lakh rupees, including interest from Bharatbhai.
Dinesh bullied Bharatbhai, had blank checks and notarization and later grumbled about the return after bouncing a cheque of 6.14 lakhs. Even though Bharatbhai did not take any cash, Dinesh continued to extort and eventually complained. The police have reported a case and begun an investigation into this issue.
