Good News for Bigg Boss OTT fans as the show has been extended by 2 more weeks; Host Salman Khan himself has confirmed the news.
The ongoing reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2 has been extended for another 15 days, and show host Salman Khan revealed the news on the show’s most recent episode.
Salman appears on the show twice a week, on weekends, and chats with the contestants regarding their behaviour over the week.
Bigg Boss OTT season 2 extended:
Salman Khan told the competitors on Saturday’s episode that the time the audience has watched them on the show is much more than they could see in the participants’ careers.
Salman explained why the competitors must perform to the best of their abilities on Bigg Boss OTT, saying, “The entire work that you may have done in your career is much less than how many people have seen you here over the past three weeks.”
“This is what, six weeks?” he continued. Or perhaps it will be extended to eight weeks. What does that mean? That means the event has been extended for two weeks. That suggests people are passionate about it.
400 crore minutes were watched in the first two weeks of Bigg Boss OTT 2. You, folks, are viewed more than I am. This season has been prolonged by two weeks.”
Salman Khan to contestants on Show extension:
Salman said, “Now it is your responsibility to ensure that people love it even more…watch it even more.” You must each work on yourself, not on others.
This is the best part about our field; all you have to do is work on yourself. Your hair, your clothes, your intelligence, your body, your cosmetics…You’re only working on yourself.
There is no other business, industry, or type of labour where you may work on yourself. However, we take these things for granted.”
Salman also offered some advice to those in the entertainment sector. “When we get a hit movie, we start looking like sh**.” When a film fails, we become depressed. We must work harder in both cases.
Work harder if your film is a hit…work harder if it is a flop. Working harder is the most difficult thing, but it is necessary.”
