BJP Expected to Sweep Gujarat in Upcoming Lok Sabha Elections

According to the India TV-CNX opinion poll released on Tuesday, the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is anticipated to secure victory in all 26 seats in Gujarat once more in the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

Gujarat comprises constituencies such as Kachchh, Banaskantha, Patan, Mahesana, Sabarkantha, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad East, Ahmedabad West, Surendranagar, Rajkot, Porbandar, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Anand, Bharuch, Bardoli, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Kheda, Panchmahal, Dahod, Vadodara, and Chhota Udaipur.

2019 Lok Sabha Results Recap

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) clinched victory in all 26 seats in Gujarat. According to the India TV-CNX opinion poll, a similar outcome is expected in the upcoming polls.

Lok Sabha Elections 2024:

The Election Commission announced that 102 constituencies will go to polls in the 1st phase on April 19, followed by 89 in the second phase on April 26. 

Subsequent phases are scheduled as follows: the third phase on May 7, the fourth on May 13, the fifth on May 20, the sixth on May 25, and the seventh and final phase on June 1. 

The distribution of constituencies in each phase is as follows: 102 in the first phase, 89 in the second, 94 in the third, 96 in the fourth, 49 in the fifth, 57 in the sixth, and 57 in the seventh phase.
