Amendment in composition scheme under gst:-

In the composition scheme, all suppliers supply goods through an e-commerce operator. However, suppliers do not offer services through e-commerce operators. So, it’s an excellent opportunity for the supplier to supply goods by e-commerce operator in our state.

Section 37 is being amended to stricture the filing of returns within three years from the due date of filing the return. Therefore, the taxpayer is free in filling in gst return. So, in this section taxpayer is filling pending gst returns.

 3. Input tax credit for expenditure related csr:-

Section 17 in the macro company, the input tax credit not available in goods or services are receipts taxable person, which is used for corporate social responsibility(csr) activities. For example, XYZ company manufactures pens, so XYZ company can distribute them. Ten thousand pens for poor students means charity (csr).

4. Sharing information:-

In the cgst act, all the taxpayers share information in their return about all the register persons, and outward suppliers’ details are uploaded through generated electric bills or e-invoices.

5. Place of supply in some instances:-

Place of supply, in some instances, means suppliers purchase or sell goods or services in India. In this case, the supply of services or goods and recipient of services or goods in destination-based India.

6. Compounding amount:-

The compounding amount means the supplier is under the case in his return, so he is giving some money to the officer to close cases. In the past, those rates were 50 to 150 per cent. But in this budget, the rates are changed from 25 to 100 per cent.
