Sonam Kapoor purchased a flat in Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai in June 2015 and sold it last week. As per records received by SquareFeatIndia, Sonam purchased the apartment in June 2015 for a whopping Rs 31.48 crore, and the celeb sold it on December 29 for Rs 32.5 crore.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor of a signature Island tower, which has a built-up size of 5,533 square feet. The flat buyer has apparently paid Rs 1.95 crore as stamp duty for this agreement. Besides the apartment, the new owner will also have a key to 4 car parks in the building.
