that Pandit Sivananda Kotnala reached home after cutting his hair, according to a complaint lodged at the Nehru Colony police station. So he let the colour applied on the head dry for 1 hour.

 When he turned his hand on his head while he was not bathing, he found Chotli missing. He then went straight to the saloon and from there took the complaint to the police station.
