First reviews for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s film Brahmastra have arrived; 1 million tickets have been sold.
First reviews of Brahmastra, Ayan Mukerji’s long-awaited sci-fi film starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor together for the first time, as well as Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy, was release in theatres on Friday.
Brahmastra is expect to have a 30 crore opening day, easily the highest for any Bollywood film in the pandemic era and the best since War (2019). The numbers could rise even further, given the positive early reviews and word of mouth.
So far, one million tickets have been sold.
According to HT sources, nearly 1 million tickets for the film had been sold in bookings as of Thursday night.
