Another day another fraud case in the state. This time the producer of the hit Gujarati Movie Nadi Dosh, Pradeep alias Munna Shukla has made his name to the list.
A complaint of fraud has been registered against the producer. With the help of the Ponzi scheme, the producer has committed the crime.
Along with Munna, 6 other fraudsters promised the investors a 4% return every month, by which the crores scam came into the limelight.
The cops have arrested the three gang members, and others are missing. According to reports, the police have caught investment agents Vimal Ishwarbhai Patel, Mayur Navadia, and Happy Kishorebhai Kanani.
Here’s the trick of traping the investors:
The name used in the frauds is Shukul Wealth Advisor and Shukul Wealth Creator. Rekhaben Haribhai Bundela, who lives in the Bharucha Society of the Tadwadi area on Rander Road, has filed a theft complaint. Rekha Bundela, 64, learned about Money Founder Firm from her acquaintance Kalpesh Patel.
Kalpesh manipulated Rekhaben by informing her that she would get 6% interest monthly. Kalpesh gained Rekhaben’s trust by giving her false statements, such as the company being registered and paying back on time; even Kalpesh visited Rekhaben’s house and detailed everything to her nephew.
The company’s headquarters are on the 4th floor of the Ambrosia Business Hub on VIP Road in Vesu. Kamlesh also took them to the company’s office, where Vimal Panchal and Mayur Navadia handled the company’s work.
He went to his office, which had Shukul Group of Companies written on it, and Kamlesh presented him to Vimal and Mayur. Pradeep Shukla, the company’s chairman, stated that various companies are operating here, among which Shukul Wealth Creator LLP Company has launched a scheme named Money Founder in the interest of the people.
Vimal Panchal described the risks and benefits of investing in this company. He stated that you would receive one unit if you invested 10 thousand. When the unit is purchased, a 3% entry fee is charged, and a 3% deduction is paid when the unit is returned. By investing in this unit, such conditions were imposed, requesting a monthly return of 4 to 22 per cent, and the investment cannot be returned for a year.
Rekhabenan then invested 2.50 lakhs. They used to give him 4% per month in return for this investment. During the Corona period, however, this scheme was closed. In 2020, another company called Shukul Wealth Advisory was founded. As a result, their funds were transferred to another scheme. Bundela had invested 3,39,900 rupees in this manner. For some time, compensation was paid.
The CB then raided and shut down the firm’s bank account. So the company stated that the procedure would be delayed, and you would receive your money. This was explained to all of the investors. However, a fraud complaint in the amount of 65 lakhs has now been filed against this company.
