Gauri Khan opens up about Aryan Khan drug case
‘Nothing can be worse,’ says Gauri Khan on Koffee With Karan 7 about Aryan Khan’s arrest in a drug case.
Aryan Khan’s arrest in a drug bust past year caused quite a stir. When the NCB raided a sail ship on which King Khan’s son was partying, Gauri Khan, Shah Rukh Khan. And their families faced some of the darkest days of their lives.
Gauri Khan and Maheep Kapoor graced the Koffee Kouch, also known as the couch of manifestation, in the most new episode of Koffee With Karan 7. Gauri Khan made her first appearance on a talk show since Aryan Khan’s arrest in a drug bust last year sparked a major scandal.
Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan have remained silent on Aryan’s arrest and the subsequent media frenzy. It was the most challenging time in their lives. Finally, on Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan 7, Gauri Khan addressed Aryan’s arrest.
When Gauri Khan appeared on Koffee With Karan 7. Karan Johar used the opportunity to question her about the infamous trial and the darkest period of her and Shah Rukh Khan’s lives. Karan praised Gauri for her strength and the entire family for surviving the ordeal.
“Nothing can be worse than what we have just been through,” Gauri said in response to Aryan Khan’s arrest.
On the other hand, Gauri adds that they have stood by each other’s sides as a family and are currently in a good place. She talked about how much love she received from everyone – friends, colleagues, and strangers. Gauri said they are all grateful to everyone who assisted them through their difficult times.
On October 2, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan were arrest. Alongside his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in a drug bust on a Mumbai-bound cruise ship bound for Goa. He was taken into NCB custody and later transferred to jail. After a month of fighting the case with a battalion of lawyers, Aryan was grant bail.
