Kareena Kapoor Bollywood actress tests negative for COVID-19
According to the BMC, the Bollywood actress also tested negative for the Omicron variant.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) confirmed that Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan’s genome sequencing report for the Omicron variant of COVID-19 was negative. Kapoor Khan also confirmed on Friday that she tested negative for COVID-19.
She also expressed gratitude to her “darling sister,” Karisma Kapoor, for serving as her family’s “anchor through this nightmare.”

She also praised her husband, Saif Ali Khan, for being “so patient to be locked in a hotel room… away from his family.”

The ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ actress had been quarantined since testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this month after attending a gathering at filmmaker Karan Johar’s house. She had issued a statement confirming that she was being held in isolation.
Amrita Arora, Seema Khan, and Maheep Kapoor were also present and tested positive for the novel coronavirus. However, Johar did not sign it. Later, Kapoor Khan’s housekeeper tested positive for COVID-19.
