On the Budget, which will be the first to be presented by the Shiv Sena-BJP regime since the change of minister in the state last year, Eknath Shinde said the state would keep its commitments to the people.

On Wednesday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said the government Budget would be introduced on Thursday, fulfilling the requirements and aspirations of women and the middle class across the state.

Eknath Shinde to introduce the first budget under his regime: 

“I can guarantee that we will look to meet the needs and aspirations of women & the middle class.” Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde told.

“Tomorrow (Thursday) is our first Budget. We’ll be fulfilling our commitments tomorrow. Everyone is predicting what the Budget will have for them,” he continued.

On the Budget, which will be the foremost to be delivered by the Shiv Sena-BJP regime since the change of minister in the state last year, Shinde said the state would keep its commitments to the people.

Speaking at an event at Mumbai’s heritage Gateway of India on Wednesday, the CM extended best wishes to females on International Women’s Day. He stated, “Today, we praised women who work for the nation in the cities and villages. Today is a day for our women, sisters and moms.”

Shinde said the double-engine regime was running at a fast rate.

Maharashtra’s economy can rise 6.8 per cent during the financial year 2022-23 (April-March), per the state’s Economic Survey record for the current fiscal year.
