Man takes his gun out during a fight over parking in Antop Hill, Mumbai

As per the complainant, the charged allegedly mauled, assaulted and threatened to kill him during the heated dispute Monday, Antop Hill, evening and took out a gun.

The Antop Hill cops in Mumbai charged a 35-year-old man Monday evening for allegedly threatening another male with a handgun during a parking conflict. The footage of the incident has gone viral on the internet.

The police took the pistol from the charge, Nitin Arora, who works in an event management firm. As per the complainant, Deepak, the indicted allegedly abused, assaulted and threatened to murder him during the heated fight Monday evening and took out a revolver.

The cops booked Arora under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 324 (when a person is voluntarily injured by the use of a deadly weapon or means), 504 (insults giving incitement to any person) and 506-II (death threat). They will take him before a court Tuesday.

The clip, which has gone viral on the internet, shows the charge having an air gun amid a conflict which turned into a physical fight between him and another man on a road.

The blamed is accusing another man with an air gun in the video. A lady who accompanied him tried to control him during the fight, but he continued abusing the target and attempting to assault him.
