“Mira Kapoor wanted to celebrate both children Birthday together.”

Misha complained to Shahid Kapoor that” she wants her own birthday.

Mira Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor’s wife, posted some colourful photos of her daughter Misha’s birthdays. On August 26, the little one turned four but declined to have only one joint birthday party along with her brother, who on September 5 turned two.

Mira posted photographs of the bright decorations of paper, tiny placards, presents of return — all in keeping with the theme — Peppa Pig. Mira also wrote about how she decided to save herself from the burden of throwing two birthday parties for her two daughters, who are ten days apart from their birthdays.

Nonetheless, Misha voiced her opposition to the proposal and wanted a separate group all by herself.

She wrote, “Birthday in Quarantine. My children’s birthdays are ten days apart, and when my son was born, I had this dreamy idea that I would combine their parties for as long as Khoi bags are interesting and that I would save myself the hassle and preparation that goes into kiddie parties.

In fact, too many have set an unrealistic bar very high, and some of them can be as boring as weddings. And when it’s easier than during this period to economize on tension.

However, Missy had a different idea in mind and protested to Dad that she wanted her own birthday and wouldn’t share her special day. We melted and caved.

Speaking of the party theme, Mira added: “Nothing beats Peppa for Misha. But we made it a kind of technicolour carnival with bits of a lovable piggy instead of a full-blown Peppa Fest.

We and the fam (the DIY ones you get online) have all made the decorations while watching some Netflix, as well as some that I saved during her first birthday. A hand-me-down from my niece’s Peppa fiesta was the backdrop, and adorable printables took the whole concept together.

She spoke about how they all played good old games, like a war tug and a treasure hunt, to keep the kids entertained and add the old school charm, dropping a few hints for other parents.

She wrote, “it’s so much fun with musical chairs, a treasure hunt of strange Peppa erasers hidden in the garden, war shooting (Us vs kids: no wonder who will win) and the good old Khoi pack.

The menu was wafers and fruity on my list along with the good ol’ party favourites which were pizza, Nutella sandwiches, pasta, and jelly. It was all kinds of wet, fuzzy, and nostalgic! I always wanted to throw a kiddie birthday: private, full of memories with an after-party mess.
