Cow vigilante Monu Manesar, whose reported video is at the core of the Nuh violence, denied any connection and stated that he did not offer any provocative statement or attend the protest on July 31.
“Congress MLA Mamin Khan is to blame.” I work to save cows and always collaborate with the administration. “However, Hindus will not tolerate what happened to them in Haryana,” the cow vigilante said on Tuesday.
Was Monu Manesar a lead of Nuh Violence:
A video of Faridabad-based cow vigilante Bittu Bajrangi has surfaced in which he says he will reveal the rally’s location so that no one can say he arrived and nobody knew.
Jai Shri Ram slogans were yelled at throughout the video. “Give them the exact location where I will be,” Bittu Bajrangi stated. Monu Manesar stated in another video that he would be present at the gathering. However, he was not present.
Monu Manesar was charged with abduction and killing two cattle traders, Junaid and his cousin Nair, whose burned bodies were discovered in a burning cars in Rajasthan’s Bhiwani in February of this year.
Monu Manesar remained large after his name was linked to the Bhiwani case. Still, now that Haryana is filled with violence, he has given interviews to the press and denied any involvement in both the Bhiwani case and the Nuh violence.
Here’s an overview of the issue:
At around 2 p.m. on July 31, the Bajrang Dal and the VHP led a rally in Nuh, formerly Mewat.
Ten minutes after the procession of thousands of people began to proceed from Edward Chowk, the violence erupted.
Nuh has a Muslim majority. The gathering, as well as the rumour that Monu Manesar would be present with his team, sparked a community clash.
At the rally, stones were thrown, and private and police vehicles were set on fire. Following an attack, some Hindus and police officers sought refuge inside a temple surrounded by Muslims.
The violence expanded from Nuh to Sohna and Palwal, and on Tuesday, several neighbourhoods of Gurugram, distant from the offices, were affected.
The rioting then moved to Badshahpur, Pataudi Chowk, Sector 57, Sector 67, and Sector 70 in Gurugram.
A vengeful crowd opened fire on Anjuman Masjid in Gurugram’s Sector 57, killing the preacher.
Gurugram Police arrested Dinesh Bharti for allegedly sharing the footage in question.
