39 Government VVIP Vehicles Included:
The new scrap police announced by the Minister of Transport and Transport Nitin Gadkari, the Government of Gujarat, will get tax exemption on purchasing new vehicles.

At present, only 39 government VVIP vehicles belonging to different state government departments are in a state of disrepair in Gandhinagar. Unfit vehicles from seven cities, including Ahmedabad in 300 to 350 km from Alang, will be sent to the scrapyard at Alang. In addition to Alang, 4 to 6 small and medium scraping centres are going to be ready for the scrapping of all unfit vehicles in the state.
