Pilot will not land in the BJP; Congress says doors yet not shut.

Sachin Pilot says that he worked hard to bring Congress back in power and will not join the BJP. Doors remain open for a way back to the Congress.

A day after getting sacked by the Rajasthan Congress as the party’s chief in state and as the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, estranged political leader Sachin Pilot, has revealed that he will not be joining the opposition, BJP. Post his fallout with Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot told the PTI that his only intention for rebelling against his party was the state’s growth & progress. Sachin Pilot on Wednesday said,” Some leaders in Rajasthan are trying to fuel speculation that I am joining BJP, but I am not doing so. I have worked very hard to bring Congress back to govt. in Rajasthan.”

Doors are open for Sachin Pilot says Congress in-charge:

Congress on Tuesday sacked Sachin Pilot after he failed to attend the Congress Legislature Party Meetings for two consecutive days. But Rajasthan Congress-in-charge Avinash Pande said that the party’s doors are still open for him. Meanwhile, late Tuesday night, all the rebel MLAs have been issued a notice by Speaker C P Joshi’s office and has given a short time to reply by July 17. Yesterday, Congress chief whip Mahesh Joshi sought rebel MLAs’ disqualification and petitioned the speaker regarding the same.
