Amber Heard, the actress who has had a rough time being in the public eye, has decided to leave Hollywood and relocate to Madrid, Spain, along with her daughter Oonagh Paige.
As per a friend of Amber, she is fluent in Spanish and is content with raising her daughter in a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
Amber Heard has been spending a lot of time in Spain since she sold her Yucca Valley, California house for $1.1 million in July 2022.
Last October, the “Aquaman” star was spotted in a bikini on the beaches of Palma de Mallorca, and she was later seen playing with her daughter at a children’s park during a Spanish vacation.
The decision came over a year after Heard’s high-profile defamation battle with ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The court ordered Heard to pay Depp $10 million in compensatory damages along with $350,000 in punitive penalties for defaming him in a Washington Post op-ed piece she authored in 2018.
Heard later urged the judge to overturn the judgement and retry.
While fans may be surprised by Heard’s move to Spain, the actress appears pleased to live a quieter life away from the spotlight.
It stays to be seen whether she will return to Hollywood, but Heard seems to be content in Spain for the time being.
