The chief guest from this year’s Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Conventions is the President of Suriname, a South American country, Chandrikapersad Santokhi.
Between January 21 to January 23, 2019, in Varanasi including Uttar Pradesh as the partner states, the last convention has been the 15th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention.
