The ace filmmaker was taken to the hospital after the incident. But he returned on the sets in no time. Sidharth took to her Instagram handle and dropped a health update regarding Rohit. 

Sidharth Malhotra names Rohit Shetty ‘OG action master’

Sidharth shared a video on his Instagram account that starred Rohit and the whole crew. In the video, he called Rohit the ‘OG action master’. 

Sidharth posted the video with a long post. He was all glory for Rohit and his mere passion. He went on to name him an inspiration. 

The caption read, “A true captain leads by example. We all know about @itsrohitshetty Sir’s passion for action and his love towards the actions he helms. Last evening while doing a CAR STUNT action scene HIMSELF, he met with an unhappy accident. After a sleepless night and a minor surgery, he returned on set in less than 12 hours. Sir, you are an impulse to all of us. Love n Respect.” 

Rohit Shetty’s representative releases a statement

After the happening, Rohit’s representative dropped a statement and updated him about his health. The statement read, “Rohit Shetty suffered some minor injury on his fingers while performing an action scene for his forthcoming web series Indian Police Force last evening. The injury was instantly treated. And, he restarted his filming shortly after the incident.”
