The Tate brothers were captured in December 2022 in their home in Bucharest and have been imprisoned ever since. 

While the ‘Top-G’ was released from custody and placed under house arrest on March 31, a recent development has extended their confinement. 

The prosecution team is specifically looking into the Tate brothers for possible human trafficking, rape, and running a criminal clan.

Despite the long investigation, no charges have been filed against the brothers or their Romanian associates who were detained with them. However, the prosecution is still looking into the matter.

Andrew Tate responded to the most recent developments in his court case earlier this month. He expressed his feelings about the situation in a Twitter post, which could be described as a mix of exasperation and resistance.
