The group, which has spoken out in favour of farmers agitating against the three farm laws on the boundaries of the national capital.
INC was at the frontline of efforts to build a secular, democratic, and unified India, an India that, against all odds as well as challenges.
Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, however, will not participate in the party’s planned programs as he will be on a personal trip abroad.
On Monday, the Indian National Congress (INC) will observe its 136th day of formation. Members of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) have urged party state units to organize ‘Tiranga Yatra’ as well as run a ‘Selfie with Tiranga’ social media campaign to connect with the youths.
In view of the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, they have also given guidelines for following social distancing protocols.
Under the presidency of lawyer Umesh Chandra Banerjee, the INC, established on December 28, 1885, held its first session in Mumbai from the aforementioned dates to December 31 of the same year.
The AICC during the press conference:

On this day, in the state as well as district headquarters, the PCCs are requested to observe the party foundation day also advise office-bearers, MPs, MLAs/MLCs to cooperate in the functions,” the AICC said during a press release.

PCCs requested to pay solidarity for fighting farmers:
