Sonali Phogat’s 15-year-old daughter says, “My mother deserves justice.”
On Wednesday, Sonali Phogat’s brother, a BJP leader and actor said that the family would not allow a post-mortem until the perpetrators were charged.

The 15-year-old girl’s statement comes just hours. After Phogat’s brother Rinku Dhaka filed a complaint with the Anjuna Police in Goa, calling it a “preplanned murder.”
“My mother is deserving of justice.” “The case requires a thorough investigation. And the perpetrators should face harsh punishment,” a news agency quoted the adolescent girl as saying.
Dhaka stated that he would not consent to a post-mortem examination of Phogat until an FIR is file against the perpetrators.
He stated that the Goa Police is “very relaxe” about the death of the politician-turn-social media influencer and is refusing to cooperate with the decease’s family. “They simply kept the complaint but took no legal action… If the investigation here is not done properly, we will conduct a new post-mortem at AIIMS. Either in Delhi or Jaipur,” Dhaka told reporters outside the Anjuma Police station.
He also claimed that Phogat’s manager Sudhir Sangwan and his assistant Sukhwinder Singh were responsible for the murder’ and that the pair had been planning it for several days.
Phogat’s sister Raman has demanded that the CBI investigate her sister’s mysterious death. In contrast, another sister Rupesh has stated that she received a call from the politician on Monday evening, hours before her death.
“She said she needed to talk on WhatsApp and that something fishy was going on. But she hung up and then didn’t pick up,” Rupesh told ANI.
Phogat’s family said she was in Goa for a shoot and would return home on Sunday. The BJP leader was brought unconscious to St Anthony’s Hospital in Anjuna on Tuesday, but doctors declare her dead. Her body was later transfer to the Goa Medical College and Hospital morgue.
