Star Air to launch one-stop Belagavi-Diu flight starting May 16

Diu: Joining the coastal Union Territory of Diu with another city, Star Air is launching a one-stop flight service connecting Belagavi and Diu via Ahmedabad, beginning May 16, 2025.

Diu is set to gain improved air connectivity as Star Air introduces a new one-stop flight route linking Belagavi (Karnataka) and Diu (Union Territory) via Ahmedabad, starting May 16, 2025. The initiative is designed to boost tourism to Diu’s coastal attractions while offering a convenient travel option between Gujarat and Karnataka.

Flight Schedule and Details

The route will operate three times a week — on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays — using a 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jet.

Outbound (Belagavi to Diu via Ahmedabad):

• Departs Belagavi at 7:40 AM
• Arrives Ahmedabad at 9:20 AM

• Arrives Diu at 10:50 AM

Inbound (Diu to Belagavi via Ahmedabad):
