The worst incident happened with Urfi Javed during her Uber ride, which she shared on her social Media.

The Social media sensation recently faced an incident while travelling from Uber cabs in Delhi. The Splitsvilla 14 mischief maker shared that incident on her social media.
She shared the incident on her Instagram story and stated that Her cab driver arrived ‘completely drunk’ after he had vanished with her luggage.
Urfi said she hired an Uber for six hours on her route to the airport. She stopped for lunch; meanwhile, the cab driver vanished with her luggage; when she called him back, he denied it.
He returned hours later, completely drunk after one of her male friends had gotten involved.
By sharing this on Instagram, Urfi noted, ‘Uber India, please do something for the protection of us girls! Had the worst experience. Like the driver disappeared with my luggage and came back 2 hours later.’

@UberINSupport @Uber in delhi, booked a cab for 6 hours, on my way to the airport, stopped to have lunch, the driver vanished with my luggage in the car. After interference from my male friend, the driver came back completely drunk after 1 hour @Uber_India.

Uber India Support immediately responded to the complaint and addressed the issue by stating, Hey, we’ve escalated this issue to our concerned team. A member of our safety team will get in touch with you at the earliest. Appreciate your time and patience.
Further, they stated, We deeply apologize for the experience you had, Uorfi. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of drugs or alcohol while driving on the Uber platform and are committed to the safety of all our riders with the aim of reducing such incidents. (1/2).
